CKI manufactures many different Pallet Sterilizering Chamber for pallet heat treating that help you meet ISPM standards.

Our pallet heat treament chambers will sterilize a load in under 2 hours or less and will hold anywhere from 180 to 756 pallets. We GUARANTEE a sterilization time of 2 hours or less at 15 degree temperatures with 60% wood moisture content on our PS models.

All PS models are made of structural aluminum frames built using 3” x 3” x 1/8” tubing for the structural aluminum framework. Polyisinurate R24 insulation is placed in the frame and then the frame is sheeted using Aluminum sheeting. The sheeting is fastened to the frame with stainless steel hardware and 3M VHB Tape.

Each of the 4 PS models is heated by a direct fired burner and uses either natural gas or propane for fuel. Controls are fully automated with a push button start and automatic shut down. There is one chamber temperature probe and three wood core temperature probes for monitoring. Every chamber is specifically rated for the right amount of BTU’s and fan capacity to get the operating temperature up quickly and maintain the 133 degree temperature for the 30 minutes required for certification. An easy to read print out is generated by a computer and is printed to show when core probe 1, 2 and 3 reach the required temperatures.
